01 / The right starting point

Give every enquiry an owner, a context and a next step.

A list of contacts is not a sales process. When enquiries arrive through different channels and follow-ups depend on individual memory, teams lose context. We design CRM workflows around your actual stages, responsibilities and customer journeys.

02 / What we can build

Scoped around your business.
Connected to the bigger picture.

01

Leads & customer records

Shape records around the information your team needs, with clear ownership, history and useful search.

02

Sales pipelines & follow-ups

Define meaningful stages, tasks and reminders instead of adding another dashboard that nobody uses.

03

Website & platform connections

Scope connections to enquiry forms, ERP or approved communication tools after checking API access and permissions.

04

Role-based views & reporting

Give teams relevant access and agree reporting definitions so a pipeline stage means the same thing to everyone.

03 / Make an informed choice

The right process before the right platform.

Approach 01

Improve an existing setup

If the main issue is inconsistent stages or missing fields, assess the current workflow first. A targeted change may solve more than a full rebuild.

Approach 02

Create a tailored CRM

Explore a custom build when workflows, permissions or connected systems demand something more specific than your current setup supports.

04 / Illustrative real estate workflow

Keep the conversation connected from enquiry to viewing.

A property team could connect a listing enquiry to an advisor, viewing activity and a follow-up task. The process can be adapted for automotive enquiries or hospitality sales; stages and automations are agreed during discovery.

  1. 01New enquiry
  2. 02Assigned advisor
  3. 03Viewing arranged

05 / From definition to delivery

Clear steps.
Shared direction.

01

Understand the journey

Map enquiry sources, team roles and the points where customer context gets lost.

02

Design the pipeline

Agree stages, field definitions, ownership and the first useful reports.

03

Connect & validate

Test permissions, imports, duplicate handling and agreed integrations.

04

Help the team adopt it

Plan onboarding, documentation and improvements around real use.

Scope, milestones, third-party costs and support arrangements are agreed for your project.

06 / Questions, answered

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

How is a CRM different from an ERP?

A CRM focuses on customer relationships, enquiries and sales or service activity. An ERP focuses on business operations and shared operational records. They can connect, but their responsibilities should remain clear.

Can the CRM receive enquiries from our website?

Yes, a website-to-CRM connection can be included in scope. We agree the fields, consent requirements, duplicate handling and delivery failure behaviour before implementation.

Can it connect to WhatsApp or email?

We can assess integrations with supported communication platforms. Availability depends on the official APIs, account permissions, provider terms and any additional fees. No messaging integration is assumed to be included automatically.

Can our existing contacts be imported?

Import can be scoped after reviewing the source format and data quality. Field mapping, duplicate decisions and sample validation are agreed before the full import.

What should we prepare for a CRM project?

Bring examples of enquiry sources, current spreadsheets or tools, your sales stages and the reports you need. Removing customer-identifying information from initial examples is a sensible starting point.
