AI Automation · UAE
AI and workflow automation for UAE businesses, built around a defined task, the right data and a clear place for human judgement.
Repetitive work often sits between tools: moving information, reading routine documents and deciding who should act next. We separate predictable steps from tasks that need interpretation, so AI is used where it helps rather than added to every process.
Scoped around your business.
Connected to the bigger picture.
Connect triggers, validation, actions and notifications across supported business tools.
Explore extraction, classification or draft responses for agreed document and enquiry types, with representative test examples.
Define which outputs need approval and what happens when information is incomplete, ambiguous or outside the workflow.
Scope logs, failure notifications, retry limits and a manual route when an integration or model does not behave as expected.
Use explicit rules for predictable steps such as routing a validated form or creating a task. These steps do not need a language model.
Use a model for interpretation or drafting only when its output can be evaluated. Agree the review rules, data boundaries and quality checks before rollout.
A hotel operations team could prepare structured details from an incoming request, review them, then create a task in its existing system. The example shows a possible pattern, not a claim of autonomous decision-making or a client result.
Identify its inputs, outputs, frequency and the manual fallback.
Agree data access, review points, evaluation examples and provider choices.
Test missing information and failure cases, not only ideal inputs.
Review agreed measures such as corrections, completion rates and handling time before extending the scope.
Scope, milestones, third-party costs and support arrangements are agreed for your project.
No. Explicit rules are often better for predictable tasks. We first identify the process, then decide which steps need conventional automation and which may benefit from AI assistance.
That is not assumed. Approval requirements and action permissions are defined in scope. Sensitive or consequential actions should have explicit controls and an appropriate human review process.
That depends on the agreed hosting and model providers. Before implementation, the project should document what data is sent where, access permissions and retention requirements. We do not promise a particular residency arrangement before it is designed.
We assess the available APIs, permissions and workflow constraints. Some systems support direct connections; others may require a different approach or may not support the requested integration.
We agree a baseline and a small set of measures relevant to the task, such as manual correction rate, successful completion and handling time. Results are evaluated during the pilot rather than promised in advance.
